The package is non-transferable. The 10 week  validity period starts from the date of the first booked class (plus 1 extra week)

First, please purchase a class pass.
To save your spot, you’ll then need to book a specific class through the reservation system using your valid pass — the pass itself does not automatically reserve a place.

If you cancel your booking in time, the class will be returned to you as a single class, not as credit or an extension of the pass. You can simply use it again when booking another session.

Multisport Card – How It Works

We accept the Multisport card for all 60-minute classes with 50,- additional payment (it does not apply to courses, workshops, or longer classes, additional payment is paid before class cash, card or from credit).

We recommend booking your class in advance.

To book a class with a Multisport card, follow these two steps:

1. Purchase a special class called "Multisport Deposit"
2. Choose the class you'd like to attend and make a reservation

The deposit is automatically refunded to your customer account if you attend the class or cancel it in time. This means the card can be used without any additional payment.

You can purchase multiple "Multisport Deposits" in advance – however, only one is refundable. The remaining deposits will be converted into credit.

If you'd prefer to have the deposit refunded to your bank account or wish to convert unused deposits into credit (valid for 6 months), please email us at ahoj@yogame.czand include your account number for the refund.
